Pick One:
- Keenan Allen
- Harry Douglas
- Cecil Shorts
Allen has been more consistent and the Denver defense isn't that great. They're winning games on pure offense, so Allen promises to be in for a shoot out. Douglas is inconsistent and even though the Washington defense is broken, Roddy White will be a better target for Matt Ryan. Jacksonville might be on the upswing, but I'd be hesitant to rely on Shorts too strong when you have a better match up in Allen. Jacksonville has been turning to desperate high-school team style trick plays and having receivers and backs throwing to near-nobodys.Alfred Morris or Giovanni Bernard
Morris sees a lot of touches, but Bernard is a better runner. I suspect Morris will be the stronger option out of the gate, but will lose touches to passing plays as the Redskins fall behind. Morris isn't Washington's top passing back (See: Roy Helu Jr.) and Bernard is a serious end zone threat and, more importantly, a consistent threat. Start Bernard.
